How many push pins do I get?

When will I receive my order?
Maps are made to order in Plano, Texas and typically ship within 2–5 business days after purchase. Standard delivery usually takes another 2–5 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We email tracking when your map ships.
Need to change or cancel your order? Email support@atlasmapco.com immediately with your order number. We can help only before printing begins, which may be within hours of your order. If your map has not shipped within the stated preparation window, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
What if it arrives damaged?
If your map arrives damaged, has a production defect, or contains a personalization mistake made by Atlas Map Co., email support@atlasmapco.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number and photos of the map and packaging, if available. You do not need to return the map. We’ll replace it at no charge, including shipping.
If your package is confirmed lost, contact us within 30 days of its expected delivery date. We’ll arrange a replacement at no charge.
Can I return a personalized map?
Personalized maps cannot be returned for change of mind or customer-entered text choices once printing begins. Unpersonalized maps may be returned unused within 30 days after delivery; email us before mailing a return. If we made a production error or your map arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days and we’ll replace it at no charge—no return needed. Read our Refund Policy.
How do I personalize my map?
Simply click the "Personalize" button near the product image.
What if I don't want to personalize my map?
No problem! Don't click "Personalize" and don't edit the map legend at all and your map will be printed with the default legend.
