Shipping policy
Where we ship and what it costs
Atlas Map Co. currently ships maps to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Standard shipping is free for map orders to eligible addresses in those 48 states.
Preparation and delivery
Every map is made to order in Plano, Texas. We typically dispatch orders within 2–5 business days of purchase. After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes another 2–5 business days. Preparation and transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We’ll email you a tracking number when your order ships.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to correct a personalization detail, change an order or cancel it, email support@atlasmapco.com immediately with your order number. We can make changes or cancel an order only before printing begins, which may be within hours of purchase. Once printing has started, changes and cancellations are not available.
A delivery problem?
If tracking indicates a problem or your package is confirmed lost, contact support@atlasmapco.com with your order number. Report a confirmed lost package within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll arrange a replacement at no charge, including replacement shipping. See our Refund Policy for damage, defects and returns.
